For employers

Clinicians who are ready,
introduced with context.

Ivy helps practices, medical groups, and healthcare organizations hire physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians. Every candidate is interviewed before introduction, so you spend your time on people who already fit.

Why employers work with Ivy

Fewer resumes. Better conversations.

Pre-screened candidates

Each clinician has completed an intake interview covering specialty, experience, compensation expectations, and availability before you meet them.

Early access to new talent

We build relationships with PA and NP students during their clinical year, giving you a head start on graduating classes.

Matched on what matters

Specialty interest, setting, schedule, location, and compensation alignment are confirmed before an introduction.

Context, not just a CV

Each introduction includes a concise profile with our notes from the intake conversation.

Less time to hire

We coordinate scheduling and keep communication moving so strong candidates don't slip away.

Pay on placement

Our fee is due only when you hire a candidate we introduce, under terms agreed in writing up front.

Questions

Employer FAQ

What types of roles do you fill?

Clinical positions for physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians across primary care, specialty, urgent care, hospital, behavioral health, and post-acute settings.

How are candidates screened?

Every candidate completes an intake interview covering specialty interests, training and experience, compensation expectations, credentials and licensure timing, and availability. We share a concise profile with each introduction. Employers remain responsible for their own credentialing, licensure verification, and background checks.

Can you help us hire new graduates?

Yes. Many of our candidates are final-year students and recent graduates. We can help you plan hiring around graduation and certification timelines so you can make offers before the market gets crowded.

How does pricing work?

We work on a placement basis, so you pay only when you hire a candidate we introduce. Terms are confirmed in a written agreement before any introductions. Contact us for details.

How quickly will we see candidates?

It depends on the specialty, location, and timing of the role. After an intake call about your opening, we'll give you a realistic picture of the candidate pool and timeline.
